Buffalo Bills bring back running back Darrynton Evans

The Buffalo Bills have agreed to a deal with running back Darrynton Evans, per Evans' agency Priority Sports.

Evans previously was with the Bills, and he spent the first two months of last year's season on injured reserve. He was released on Oct. 29.

Evans, 26, also had spent time with the Bills during training camp in 2023. He was released from his first stint with the team on Aug. 29, 2023.

After his most recent release from the Bills, Evans was signed to the Chicago Bears practice squad in November. He was promoted to their active roster in late December.

Since 2020, Evans has played in 24 games, with 65 carries for 249 yards and one touchdown.
