The report claims that the Brazilian top flight side are open to the idea of selling the right-back in the near future, which has piqued the interest of both the Reds and the Gunners.

Wesley is a product of Flamengo’s youth system and has now played 115 times for the club at senior level across all competitions.
It is claimed that clubs from all across Europe are interested in the full-back, however the most serious interest stems from clubs in the English top flight.
As well as Liverpool and Arsenal, fellow Premier League sides Chelsea, Wolves, Nottingham Forest and Fulham have all scouted the defender in recent weeks.
Aston Villa also held talks over a potential deal for the player during the recent January transfer window, but a move never materialised.
Liverpool are considering potential transfer targets as they ponder a future without Trent Alexander-Arnold, who looks increasingly likely to join Real Madrid as a free agent this summer.
