Raphinha has tormented Benfica again with a brace, and Lamine Yamal had a goal and an assist as Barcelona reached the Champions League quarter-finals with a 4-1 aggregate win over their Lisbon opponents.
Leading 1-0 from the first leg Raphinha volleyed into the far right corner off Yamal's cross-shot to put the hosts further ahead 11 minutes into the game.
Benfica were level two minutes later from Nicolas Otamendi's header off a corner kick but Barca would have none of it.
Teenage sensation Yamal restored the lead with a curling shot into the left corner, and Raphinha made it 3-1 on the night from another classy Barca attack in the 43rd, set up by Alejandro Balde.
Raphina had scored the goal in the last 16 first leg a week ago in Lisbon, and also twice in Barca's memorable 5-4 victory in their league stage duel at Benfica in January.
In the quarter-finals, Barca will face last season's runners-up Borussia Dortmund or French club Lille.
A minute of silence was observed before the kick-off for Barca team doctor Carles Minarro Garcia, who died on Saturday.
