MILWAUKEE - Milwaukee Bucks minority owner and former player Junior Bridgeman suffered a medical emergency at a public event on Tuesday, according to TMZ.

TMZ, referencing a WLKY report, said Bridgeman was in the middle of an interview at a benefit luncheon in Louisville when he told reporter Kent Taylor he thought he was having a heart attack. The outlet said Bridgeman was taken away from the scene in an ambulance.

Bridgeman became a minority owner of the Bucks in September 2024. He played more than 700 games across 10 seasons in Milwaukee and retired after 1986-87 season.
