Viktor Gyokeres already has made three Premier League clubs as his preferred destination, should he make the move to English football in the summer. However, Manchester United isn't on the list, according to a report from Portugal.

The Swedish striker continues to be heavily linked with a move to the English top-flight and could be available for less than his €100million (£84m) release clause. It has been widely reported that Gyokeres has a gentleman's agreement with Sporting Clube de Portugal which would allow him to leave for a reported fee of €70m (£59m).

With a departure from Lisbon seen as a 'high' possibility at the end of the season, Portuguese newspaper A Bola now claim Gyokeres has a 'preference' of joining Liverpool, Arsenal or Manchester City if a move to England was to materialise.

It's said that a move to the Premier League is his 'wish' but other clubs are also alert to his situation. The 26-year-old is believed to have Real Madrid, Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich as his preferred options outside of England.

Fabrizio Romano meanwhile, also issued an update on Gyokeres last weekend. "The package that Sporting could accept, could be around €65m to €75m," he said on his YouTube channel.

"That's a very good price for one of the best strikers in Europe in terms of numbers. All the top clubs in Europe are going very strong for Gyokeres in the summer. I've been informed this price could be enough to land him. Many clubs are exploring the situation and are ready to present their project to Viktor Gyokeres."

Gyokeres is under contract at the Estadio Jose Alvalade until the summer of 2028. However, Sporting believe his departure in the summer has become 'inevitable' after managing to fight off interest during the winter transfer window.
