The Australian national representative has been a permanent fixture on the Blazers sidelines this season as he’s worked to get back, most recently from a right ankle sprain. Thybulle was assigned to the Rip City Remix earlier this week for return-to-court conditioning.
The two-time All Defensive Second Team initially underwent a procedure during the preseason to address inflammation in his right knee. In late November, Thybulle sustained the ankle sprain during the ramp-up to return to the court following the procedure.
The Blazers host the Knicks at the Moda Center tomorrow night. Robert Williams III has also been upgraded to questionable against the Knicks, returning from a left knee sprain.
Jerami Grant has been listed as doubtful as he continues to deal with right knee tendinitis while Deandre Ayton will be out with his left calf strain.
