THE [Cherries](http://www.bournemouthecho.co.uk/sport/cherries/clubnews/) players deserve to take something from this season but to do so they must improve their game management, Andoni Iraola said.
The Basque boss expressed his frustration at drawing at Spurs on Sunday, having held a 2-0 lead, saying he felt it was two points dropped.
Bournemouth are still handily placed with ten games to go, in the pack of teams chasing Europe, but it is a tight contest and they will need to maximise their points return if they want to qualify.
Speaking after the game, Iraola said: “My biggest concern is that the good things that we are doing, I think we are playing very well, we are performing really well, to make them matter at the end because I think that the players deserve to take something from this season.
“We need to be more efficient, more experienced.
“We have this gap with the teams that are, because they are bigger or because they have more experience, they find ways to take points and I think we need to improve this game management.
“But I will try to fight until the end to get something from this season, definitely.”
