“Hopefully we’ll see fast-paced football, a lot of goals and excitement and we know the Premier League is the best league in the world, so we’re delighted to be part of the Premier League Summer Series and be going over to the States again,” he told NBC Sports, the Premier League’s American broadcast partner.
Noble has travelled to the US three times before with West Ham, to Columbus, Ohio, in 2008, to Seattle, Washington, and Cary, North Carolina, in 2016 as a player, and to Tampa and Jacksonville, Florida, as Sporting Director in 2024.
On each occasion, he told NBC Sports’ Tim Howard, he has encountered more and more West Ham fans.
“I’ve been shocked a little bit, to be honest!” he smiled. “When we were in the States in the summer the support we had was incredible and we just need to keep growing the West Ham brand and keep going on tour to the States because we love it over there.
“You train in the heat and get fit and also showcase what the Premier League is about by coming to America. It’s a massive market for us and we have fans there who do not get to watch us week-in and week-out at London Stadium and sample the atmosphere, so hopefully we can take it out to America.”
