Fulham are planning to keep Antonee Robinson at the club beyond the end of the season amid interest from the likes of Liverpool and Man United.
That is according to former Man United and Blackburn chief scout Mick Brown, who remains very well-connected within the game, as he exclusively told Football Insider that they hope a “huge” asking price will deter any interested sides.
However, speculation about the 27-year-old’s future refuses to die down as clubs are still weighing up a potential swoop in the summer transfer window.
Football Insider exclusively revealed in December that Fulham will demand £40-50million for Robinson after what has been an impressive season at Craven Cottage.
Brown explained that any club who identify the U.S.A international as their top target are unlikely to be put off by the price tag, but other options will also be considered.
This comes as Liverpool are prioritising a deal for Milos Kerkez despite their interest in Robinson, while Man United completed a deal for Patrick Dorgu in January.

Fulham to be tested as clubs line up Antonee Robinson moves
Robinson has started all but one of Fulham’s 28 Premier League games so far this season and ranks second in the assists table with ten, inspiring interest in his signature.
Brown, who has a wealth of experience in top-level player recruitment after over a decade at Man United during their most successful period, insisted Fulham are determined to keep hold of him this summer but may be tested in their resolve.
“*I think they’ll be looking for huge money for him,*” he told Football Insider.
“But I don’t think a £40million price tag will put teams off.
“If you’re desperate for a left-back and you can get a 28-year-old, you’re getting someone in the prime of their career so it won’t be an issue.
“Okay, you’re unlikely to get money back for him in the future, but he’d improve most teams immediately.
“Man United and Liverpool are among the clubs who have looked at him.
“There are other options out there, though, which might make Fulham’s position stronger.
“Ultimately, Fulham don’t want to lose him, they want him to stay.
“He’s been so important to them this season and will continue to be next season.
“But I think that interest is still there so it’ll be interesting to see if anybody makes a move and how Fulham will respond to that.”

Despite speculation about the futures of some of Fulham’s star players after a strong season so far, the West London outfit are also looking to strengthen their squad.
Football Insider revealed on 3 March that Fulham want to sign Georgios Vagiannidis from Panathinaikos, but face competition from Sporting CP.
Fulham were keen on signing a new right-back in the January transfer window, and they are now planning to bring in one in the summer, with the 23-year-old on their list of targets.
The likes of Ajax, Zenit and Botafogo all made offers for Vagiannidis in January, but the player decided to stay at Panathinaikos.
