Everton and Liverpool need to hand out no reminders of how fierce the Merseyside derby is.
The two sides will prepare to meet again after the international break on 2 April and Everton will be hoping they can replicate the disappointment Liverpool felt at Anfield on Tuesday.
The Reds crashed out of the Champions League after losing to Paris Saint-Germain on penalties, with Darwin Nunez and Curtis Jones missing from the spot.

Idrissa Gana Gueye present for Liverpool misery
Arne Slot might be having a successful domestic season with Liverpool this term, but Toffees supporters will no doubt have felt some joy in watching their rivals crash out of Europe.
The Blues may not have found as much success in the Premier League this term, but as life looks more positive under the management of David Moyes, the gap between the two sides will not feel quite as far as it has of late.

Nevertheless, Everton supporters may have been surprised to see Idrissa Gana Gueye at Anfield watching the Reds in Champions League action.
The 35-year-old was pictured alongside former Blue, Omar Niasse, who shared a picture of the pair on his Instagram story with Khabib Nurmagomedov on 11 March.
Gueye, who obviously played for PSG before moving back to Goodison, looked delighted.
However, it’s not quite as loyal as Moyes, who took a dig at Liverpool as he asked what game was going on in the city on Tuesday.

He may be one of the older players in the squad, but that has not stopped Gueye from being a regular in the Everton side this term, making 27 Premier League appearances.

Idrissa Gana Gueye has been a regular for Everton in recent seasons.
Although the midfielder was at Anfield in his spare time, he has shown his loyalty to the Blues over the years and is prepared to extend that too.
Everton are said to be keen on extending the 35-year-old’s contract at Goodison Park for another season as they prepare for a new era.
The Blues make the move to Bramley-Moore Dock after the conclusion of the campaign and under the ownership of The Friedkin Group, they are looking at brighter times ahead.
Gueye has shown Moyes he can continue to be a consistent player in the squad and he will be keen to play his part in the transition of the club and bring his experience to the fold.
Supporters will just be hoping that his visits to Anfield always result in a home loss.
