Ruben Amorim is preparing for United's round-of-16 second leg
Ruben Amorim will speak to the media today ahead of Manchester United's crucial round-of-16 second leg against Real Sociedad.
It's been a wretched season for United, so much so that defeat to Sociedad tomorrow night would essentially end their season. United are out of both domestic cup competitions and marooned in the bottom half of the Premier League table.
The tie with Sociedad is finely poised at the halfway stage after last week's 1-1 draw at the Reale Arena. Joshua Zirkzee had handed United the lead before Mikel Oyarzabal equalised from the penalty spot following a contentious handball decision given against Bruno Fernandes.
Amorim has been without a whole host of his key players in recent weeks as United's injury crisis continues to bite. The United head coach suggested on Sunday that Manuel Ugarte could be back for the clash with Sociedad and he will be asked about the midfielder today.
Patrick Dorgu will also be available due to his three-game suspension only applying to domestic fixtures. The United boss will provide all the early team news and injury updates today.

It is Europa League or bust
Tomorrow night's clash with Real Sociedad is the biggest game of United's season and the biggest of Ruben Amorim's Old Trafford career thus far.
United's Premier League campaign is dead in the water and they are out of both domestic cup competitions, meaning the Europa League is all they have left worth fighting for.
Their last-16 tie with Sociedad is finely poised at 1-1 after last week's first leg, meaning both sides will fancy their chances of progressing to the quarter-finals.
As the home side, all of the pressure will be on United, meaning it will be a test of how they deal with the magnitude of the occasion. United are unbeaten in the Europa League this season and that has to count for something.
But after Sir Jim Ratcliffe, on Monday, confirmed the club will have to pay £89million in transfer fees this summer for players they have already signed, Champions League qualification for next season has never been so important. Winning the Europa League is United's only hope of being back at European football's top table next term.
