West Ham United could be set to rake in some serious cash this summer.
And boy, do we need it!
Graham Potter has a big task on his hands at West Ham if he is to restore us back to a consistent top eight team in the Premier League table.
The problem for the Hammers head coach is that funds are tight at the London Stadium, so he will have to move on numerous players this summer in order to raise some cash.

The rebuild facing Potter will be a long and painful one – he even apologised to the West Ham fans regarding that!
However, moving on a lot of the deadwood will really help speed that process up.
West Ham ready to make big profit on Guido Rodriguez
Guido Rodriguez could well be shipped out this summer, thankfully.
It has been claimed that West Ham are desperate to get Guido Rodriguez off the books.
It now seems like they could get their wish.
According to Nacion Futbol, Rodriguez could be set to rejoin his former team Club America in the summer.
MORE WEST HAM STORIES
The 30-year-old spent three years with the Mexican outfit, before joining Real Betis in 2020.
Hopefully West Ham manage to sell Guido Rodriguez as soon as possible. He’s painfully ill-suited to the Premier League and has absolutely nothing to offer us.

That’s not to say that he isn’t a good footballer – he’s won nine major trophies throughout his career including the World Cup, the Copa Del Rey and the Copa Libertadores after all.
However, the Premier League isn’t for him.
Big Guido Rodriguez profit incoming for West Ham
It has been claimed that the Hammers could demand as much as £12 million for the Argentina international in the summer.
That’s an incredibly ambitious asking price.
However, the good news is that even if West Ham manage to get £5 million for Guido Rodriguez, it will represent a huge profit for the club.
Bringing the South American to the London Stadium in the summer was a terrible move from Julen Lopetegui.
The mistake could have an incredibly lucrative outcome for the Hammers though.
