Everton are facing yet another hearing about their points deductions from last season.
Since taking over in December, the Friedkins have been able to provide Everton fans with a lot of optimism for what is to come.
The Toffees are looking forward to their historic move over the summer to Bramley-Moore Dock as they bid farewell to Goodison Park.
David Moyes has the Blues showing much more encouraging form than what they were under Sean Dyche, with relegation no longer a concern.
Everton are looking to splash some cash in the summer transfer market to bolster their side for the new campaign.
However, there is now the prospect for further hearings to be held on the back of Everton’s points deductions from last season.

Everton appoint Laurence Rabinowitz for Burnley compensation hearing
Manchester City could receive punishment in line with Everton’s points deductions over the coming weeks, if they are found guilty.
But this is not the only time Everton’s name is going to be brought up in a hearing.

Burnley are pursuing compensation against Everton following their breach of PSR, which saw the Clarets relegated in the same campaign.
According to The Lawyer, Everton have now appointed the renowned Laurence Rabinowitz KC to represent them in the hearing.
The trial is expected to start ahead of the summer as the Championship side seek damages following their relegation.
Rabinowitz secured Everton a reduced points deduction last year as the ruling was reduced from an initial 10 points to six.
Having secured Everton a favourable verdict last time around, it looks as if the Friedkins will be putting their trust in him to provide the goods once again this summer.
Scott Parker’s side are looking to pull off their usual bounce back from Premier League relegation on the first time of asking.
The Clarets have established themselves as one of those clubs stuck in between Championship and Premier League level.
Burnley have put themselves in a good position to secure automatic promotion this season and Everton will be waiting if they do return.
But in their three meetings last season, it was Everton who enjoyed victory in all of the games.
