The star of Chido Obi continues to rise for Manchester United after a red-hot few months.
Upon arrival at Carrington, there was an immediate excitement around the talent that the 17-year-old possessed, and Chido Obi has more than lived up to his billing.
Obi boasted an impressive goal record for Arsenal at youth level, quickly replicating this for Manchester United with 15 goals across U18 and U21 level in just a matter of months.

U21 2
It was after Obi scored an FA Youth Cup hat-trick against Chelsea, that he became undeniable and Ruben Amorim had no choice but to promote him to the first-team.
Since then, Obi has outperformed Rasmus Hojlund for United, leaving him banging on the door of replacing his 22-year-old teammate in the starting line-up.
Now, this fear will also be growing for Hojlund at international level.

It is a major milestone for Obi to get this next step and will effectively be playing against adults for his nation.
Most impressively, it will leave him just one step away from a senior international call-up, thrust into the same squad as Hojlund and Patrick Dorgu.
Rasmus Hojlund will be concerned about his spot for Denmark
One man who will applaud Obi, but quietly be left concerned is Hojlund, with the two United strikers set to be in direct competition at club and country level in the next few months.
Hojlund hasn’t scored a goal for United in the past 19 games, and he often cuts the same goalless figure for Denmark, which means both are actively looking for an alternative.
In Obi, both Amorim and Danish boss Brian Riemer will have an option and this could see Hojlund replaced by the 17-year-old.
It seems like a matter of time before Obi is trusted from the start for United, with Hojlund’s form becoming detrimental to the team at this point.
Despite his age, there are signs that Obi is already a more complete player.
