Menez allegedly missed Luis Enrique’s team triumphing in a penalty shootout over Liverpool having been told he had to leave the ground around the 70th-minute mark because he was earmarked as cheering for the away team.
Speaking on Canal Plus after the dramatic encounter, Nasri said: "A thought for those who were also kicked out of the stadium.
"Jeremy Menez was at the match, he was asked if he was French. After his answer, they told him to leave the stadium... in the 70th minute no less!"
