Manchester United have been in dire form this season and are said to be in financial difficulties. So, the fans protested against the club’s owners just before the Arsenal game last weekend.
However, they have now announced the plan to rebuild a new 100,000-seater stadium and are planning to move away from the historic Old Trafford.

Amid this situation, the Red Devils have seemingly started exploring options in the market to revamp the squad to help Ruben Amorim turn the situation around next season.
United have been reportedly planning to sign a new midfielder as a potential replacement for struggling Casemiro and identified Atalanta star, Ederson, as an ‘ideal’ option. La Dea value their prized asset at around £50.5m (60 million euros) and his current contract will run until 2027.
Now, Italian outlet, Calciomercato, claim that Juventus are crazy about the Brazilian and their direct Cristiano Giuntoli would do everything to secure his service.
Therefore, Man Utd are ready to reach the £50.5m asking fee set by the Italian side to finally secure the services of the Samba star.
Atalanta ideally want to keep hold of Ederson by extending his deal but they could be open to accepting the offer if they receive it from United with the midfielder tempted to play in the Premier League.
Ederson is a CDM by traits but can also play in the box-to-box role. He currently plays in a similar system at Atalanta as Amorim uses at Old Trafford, hence, the South American shouldn’t take much time to settle down if he joins Man Utd this summer.
Have your say – Should Man Utd sign Ederson to bolster the midfield department?
