The Denver Broncos will be selecting seven times in late April when the football world heads to Green Bay for the 2025 NFL Draft.
Highlighted by pick No. 20, a busy Day 3, Denver will hope to get some rookie talent to an offseason all about adding the next pieces to take the Broncos deeper into the playoffs. It’s the second time in two seasons the Broncos have a first-rounder and seven total picks after having diminished assets in 2022 and 2023, thanks to the Russell Wilson and Sean Payton trades.
The Broncos will also select twice on Day 2, at pick No. 51 in the second round and pick No. 85 in the third round.
The Day 3 selections are in Round 4 at No. 122 and picks No. 191, 197 and 208 in the sixth round.
Most mock drafts believe the Broncos will use a premium pick to select a running back or tight end as Payton seeks his “Joker.” The Broncos have some other needs, but with a strong free agency period that already got Bo Nix one target while focusing on defense, maybe Denver will add a wide receiver.
Six of last year’s seven picks played at least five games for the Broncos, with Nix being one of the best rookies in the sport. Late-taken pass-catcher Devaughn Vele also had some nice moments.
The Broncos did not receive any compensatory picks for this year’s event.
The NFL Draft begins on Thursday, April 24.
