ANDONI Iraola praised Milos Kerkez for his improvement and attacking output after the young Hungarian produced one of the assists of the season for Marcus Tavernier to score at Spurs.
Iraola revealed he and his coaches often have to fight with the left back to get him back inside after training as he spends a lot of time working on his crossing.
Kerkez showed excellent defensive vision to cut out a Pedro Porro pass midway through the [Cherries](http://www.bournemouthecho.co.uk/sport/cherries/clubnews/) half, and he flew into Spurs territory, having time to get his head up and put in a glorious delivery for the Englishman to finish at the far post.
This season, Kerkez has scored two goals and notched five assists in the Premier League, showing the attacking threat the left back has become.
That is a huge increase on last season, where he did not score and only picked up one assist in the league.

Iraola has said Kerkez has been working hard on his attacking output – as he often finds himself in fantastic positions on the left through his fitness and work rate.
Speaking after the game on Sunday, Iraola said: “Milos has improved a lot from past season, and he has done a great job, I think defensively.
“I think he's a player that because of his physical condition arrives so many times to the last third with the ball under control to put good crosses that the number of assists, of good balls he was having, was quite low past season, because he arrives a lot and he has this good offensive power.
“But this season I think he's deciding much better.
“He's adding quality to his deliveries. He's more calm when he arrives and today was a lovely ball and I think he spends a lot of time crossing and at the end of training we have to fight with him to bring him inside!
“I think it's good that at least it's worth it and today he had a really good delivery.”
