Government Initiative to Reduce the Failed or Unsuccessful Delivery Orders Attempts in the Last Mile Logistics Operation

This study aims to determine the details related to the Web or Mobile-based application for the accurate prediction against the Order or Parcel ordered Online through Shipper E-commerce Site, which will be the Probability for the Successful Delivery Attempt. Researchers are doing research work in this specific use case using ‘Qualitative Research.’ This research data was taken from the Delivery Mobile Application, LinkedIn, Online Media, E-commerce Website, and Play Store and then represented in descriptive format. This study indicates that the creation of the Application will surely improve the quality of customer services in the logistics sector. Several milestones need to be fulfilled for this initiative’s development and successful implementation—first, the analysis of the data and determining the critical indicators required for the prediction. Second, the selection of the medium for the solution and then start development of the solution based on the analysis. Finally, making it easy for accessible and straightforward to implement this solution to whoever needed. This paper is limited to the extent to which the problem is clearly described, then proposing the solution and how it should work, and lastly, what benefits the solution will be given to fight the challenge the logistics industry faces.
