Prince William celebrates Aston Villa's second goal in the team's 3-0 win over Club Brugge.
The Prince of Wales told journalists "see you in Paris" as he celebrated Aston Villa qualifying for the Champions League quarter finals.
William watched from the stands at Villa Park as his club beat Club Brugge on Wednesday night.
Villa went into the game with a 3-1 lead from the first leg in Belgium, and won 3-0 at home to go comfortably through to the last eight of the competition.
The win will see them face French side Paris Saint Germain in the quarter-finals.
The Prince was seen punching the air after Villa scored and celebrating with his childhood friend and fellow Villa fan Thomas van Strabenzee, who is the godfather to William's daughter Princess Charlotte.
He told journalists "see you in Paris" as he walked to his car after the match.
Wiliam had visited the team on Tuesday to watch the squad train and wish the players luck for the Champions League tie.
Unai Emery's side had an early advantage after Club Brugge defender Kyriani Sabbe was sent off in the 16th minute for a foul on Marcus Rashford.
