Liverpool gets defeated by PSG in the UEFA Champions League and the Post Match Analysis is given here.
There was a dream:
Liverpoolhad a dream to win several trophies this season. However, it is shattered now. The only possible trophies they can win now are the Carabao cup and the Premier League at the moment. Paris Saint Germain were really way too good. Also, the team was looking to make sure that they put up a hard fight againstLiverpool and win the match. Also,The French giants were trailing in the first leg as well by 1-0. Ousmane Dembele scored the goal for Paris Saint Germain in just twelve minutes. He equalised against Liverpool. Everyone expected that Liverpool will show and put up a great fight at Anfield. It was expected that they will win the UEFA Champions League. However, there are no hopes left anymore.
Post Match Analysis after PSG defeated Liverpool:
Donnarumma was the hero for Paris Saint Germain during the penalty kick. He saved Penalties for Paris Saint Germain. He literally saved the penalties for Darwin Nunez and also Curtis Jones as well. The match was literally not that interesting to be honest. Salah ghosted throughout the entire match. Things were not looking good for Liverpool at all throughout the match.
Author’s Opinion:
I think it was a deserved loss for**Liverpool**. Also, their overconfidence made them lose this match to be honest. The problem was that there was actually outplayed here too. Paris Saint Germain were looking to defeat them since the first leg. However, luck was not on their side and Alisson was way too good for Liverpool. This is why Paris Saint Germain could not defeat them in the first leg already. Luis Enrique is one of the best managers for European Trophies in the world. He proved this yet again by defeating Liverpool. He has a lot of experience.
