Make-A-Wish Kid Sets Record Straight After Kelce Podcast Story

On Wednesday's episode of their podcast, "New Heights," Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce thought they had uncovered an all-time story about Aaron Donald courtesy of Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford.

It turns out that Stafford left out a critical detail, and the Kelce brothers found out via a viral response on social media from the former Make-A-Wish kid who felt the need to set the record straight about what really happened.

As Stafford recalled it, a high school football player chosen by the Make-A-Wish Foundation wanted to spend a day with legendary Rams defensive lineman Aaron Donald. The three-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year invited him to join in a workout, but did not take it easy on the cancer survivor.

"A.D.'s just ripping curls out, and the next thing you know this kid is puking in the trash can in the hallway," Stafford said.

The brutal story drew howling laughter from the Kansas City Chiefs' star tight end and the retired Philadelphia Eagles center.

"The guy's been on chemo for months, A.D.!" Jason joked as they digested the wild workout story.

The podcast clip eventually found Donald's workout partner, Kyle Frazier, who is now a sixth-year offensive lineman at Georgia Southern University. According to his social media profile, he is a proud survivor of Hodgkin's lymphoma.

After finding his story shared on the massively popular podcast, Frazier made sure to provide an important detail that Stafford missed.

"Definitely a workout I will never forget," Frazier posted on X on Wednesday. "But you forgot the part where I came back and finished."

I appreciate it. It was one of the best days of my life. Football gave me a reason to fight. A reason to live.

Upon receiving the new piece of the story, the show's official account responded, "Legendary." Jason Kelce was also inspired by Frazier's determination.

"Puke and Rally!" Kelce posted in response to Frazier's correction. "You're a beast brotha, love everything about this!"
