Manuel Ugarte has been included in the Manchester United matchday squad for tonight's Europa League last-16 second leg clash with Real Sociedad.

The Uruguay international missed both of United's last two matches with a small injury concern, meaning his return has given head coach Ruben Amorim a timely boost. He featured in yesterday's open training session at Carrington and Amorim confirmed he was in contention to feature this evening.

In his absence against Sociedad last Thursday and against Arsenal on Sunday, Casemiro deputised alongside Bruno Fernandes in the centre of midfield, meaning the Brazilian will be determined to cling onto his place this evening.

Elsewhere, Patrick Dorgu is back in the squad after sitting out the second match of his three-game domestic ban against Arsenal on Sunday. He is expected to go straight back into the starting line-up at left wing-back.

Amorim confirmed in yesterday's pre-match press conference that United will once again be without Harry Maguire, who has been joined on the injury list by fellow centre-back Leny Yoro. Youngster Tyler Fredricson has been drafted into the squad amid their absences.

Fellow youngsters Harry Amass, James Scanlon and Jack Fletcher also arrived at Old Trafford shortly after 4pm this afternoon, meaning they are poised to be included in the matchday squad. United confirmed this morning that both Fredricson and Scanlon had been added to the squad after they made the decision to 'tweak' their UEFA B List.

Other pre-match arrivals included the likes of Diogo Dalot, Noussair Mazraoui, Joshua Zirkzee and Rasmus Hojlund.

A total of 20 players have been accounted for so far, meaning the full squad is yet to be confirmed. Up to 12 substitutes can be named for a Europa League fixture.

Confirmed arrivals:

Goalkeepers: Andre Onana, Dermot Mee, Elyh Harrison.

Defenders: Diogo Dalot, Noussair Mazraoui, Matthijs de Ligt, Victor Lindelof, Ayden Heaven, Tyler Fredricson, Patrick Dorgu, Harry Amass.

Midfielders: Casemiro, Manuel Ugarte, Christian Eriksen, Toby Collyer, James Scanlon, Jack Fletcher, Bruno Fernandes.
