West Ham United could make some serious cash this summer by selling someone who has flopped badly for us.
Graham Potter needs to raise some cash at West Ham this summer, in order to fund his own spending spree.
Around six players could leave West Ham this summer, and who knows, maybe even more.
There is far too much deadwood at the London Stadium right now, and that has to change in the summer window.
The good news is that the West Ham owners have made it very clear that numerous players need to be moved on this summer.

And one of them in particular could earn the Hammers a substantial fee it seems.
West Ham could make £8.1m profit by selling Guido Rodriguez
According to W Deportes, Club America out in Mexico would be happy to pay £12 million to sign Guido Rodriguez from the Hammers this summer.
West Ham signed the 30-year-old on a free transfer, and pay him around £75k-a-week (Spotrac).

That means that the Hammers will be paying him around £3.9 million for a full year, so selling him would see the club earn around £8.1 million in pure profit.
There may have been a signing on fee and agent fees involved in the deal to bring him to the London Stadium, but if there were, they haven’t been made public.

I’m sure you will all agree, getting anything like £12 million for Rodriguez would represent outstanding business for the Hammers.
So if the club receive an offer worth anywhere near that, he will definitely be sent packing.
The club Guido Rodriguez wants to play for next season
So the Hammers midfielder wants to leave the London Stadium it seems.
It has been claimed that he is desperate to return to Club America because he has so much love for their fans.
The 30-year-old spent three years with the Mexican outfit, before joining Real Betis in 2020.
Hopefully West Ham do manage to sell Guido Rodriguez for a tidy profit in the summer transfer window.
However, I won’t be unhappy even if the Hammers get a couple of million for the midfielder.
He has flopped badly at the London Stadium, and needs to be moved on as a matter of urgency.
