The Los Angeles Lakers will look to snap their two-game losing streak when they take on the Milwaukee Bucks on Thursday night. After an eight-game winning streak, LA has struggled on their Eastern Conference road trip, dropping consecutive games.
The Lakers will once again be without LeBron James, their 40-year-old superstar, as he continues to recover from a groin injury suffered last Saturday. Without him, the team will rely heavily on Luka Doncic and Austin Reaves to lead the offense against a strong Milwaukee defense.
As they look to bounce back from their last two contests, the Lakers received clear instruction from head coach JJ Redick.
Ahead of the matchup, Redick emphasized the importance of offensive organization during practice, stressing the need for players to read plays and execute efficiently.
"Just our guys knowing our plays. … Offensive organization," Redick said, via Jovan Buha of The Athletic.

LA's offensive struggles were evident in its loss to the Brooklyn Nets on Tuesday. The Lakers shot 43.5% from the field and 47.5% from three, but their key players had off nights. Doncic made just eight of his 26 shot attempts, while Reaves converted only three of 14.
The Lakers will need a much-improved offensive performance against the Bucks as they await James' return. Sitting fourth in the Western Conference with a 40-23 record, a win in Milwaukee would be a crucial step in securing a top-three seed for the postseason.
If LA can adhere to Redick's instruction, it should be able to turn things around.
