Slow-Mo Video of Steph Curry’s Historic Shot Leaves Fans in Disbelief

Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry made history on Thursday night, and his record-breaking play was caught on camera and even got a slow-motion treatment.

Against the Sacramento Kings, Curry became the first player in NBA history to make 4,000 career 3-pointers in the regular season. He entered the contest needing just two triples to achieve the feat, and he finished with exactly that to secure the milestone.

Curry scored his record-setting 3-pointer in the third quarter with over eight minutes to play. After receiving the ball off a Moses Moody pass, the Warriors sharpshooter did a pump-fake and a side-step to evade his defender before hitting the long-distance shot.

Making the play even better, Curry actually almost lost the ball before Moody recovered it and sent it back to the superstar guard.

The Warriors, for their part, shared a slow-mo video of the play, sparking plenty of reactions from fans.

A moment for the ages for a player for the ages.

"He is 1 of 1," a commenter wrote. Another one said, "Unbelievable."

A fan added, "Great play, congratulations!"

"History made. The best ever, the chef #30," a follower shared.

A fifth poster declared, "He's just the best."

"That looks incredible," a follower further stated.

Steph Curry finished the game with 11 points, two rebounds and five assists, while going 2-of-6 from deep and 4-of-9 overall. While it wasn't his best performance, it's certainly one of the most memorable games of his career.

The Warriors still dominated the Kings, 130-104, despite a rather slow night for Curry. Draymond Green led the way with 23 points on 8-of-14 shooting.
