The Golden State Warriors entered Thursday night's matchup with the Sacramento Kings looking to extend their winning streak and that is exactly what they did.
Golden State dominated Sacramento on Thursday night, grabbing an impressive 130-104 victory to push their winning streak to six games.
Of course, most eyes were on Stephen Curry in the game as he needed to make just two three-pointers to reach 4,000 in his career. Curry was able to accomplish the feat in the third quarter, becoming the first player in NBA history with 4,000 made threes in the regular season during their career.
Curry was not the only Warrior to make history on Thursday night as head coach Steve Kerr also made franchise history with the victory.
Thursday's victory gave Kerr his 557th career regular season win with the Warriors, tying him with legendary head coach Al Attles for the most in franchise history.

Attles coached the Warriors for 15 seasons, leading them to a major upset over the Washington Bullets in the 1975 NBA Finals.
This is a massive feat for Kerr, who was able to reach it in just 11 seasons.
Kerr has become one of the greatest coaches in NBA history during his time in Golden State. He has led the Warriors to four championships during his time with the team and he also led Golden State to the best record in NBA history in 2015-16 when they went 73-9.
Of course, the Warriors are playing like a championship caliber team once again this season with their superstar duo of Stephen Curry and Jimmy Butler, so Kerr may not be done winning titles in Golden State just yet.
Kerr will now look to surpass Attles' all-time record for regular season wins as Warriors head coach on Saturday when Golden State hosts the New York Knicks in a blockbuster interconference showdown.
