Since being traded to the Los Angeles Lakers, star point guard Luka Doncic has been experiencing what it means to be with the historic franchise. While Doncic is still working toward winning a title, there are a lot of other perks for being with the team.
One of which is being noticed by celebrities even more due to the amount of time in the spotlight. Doncic was already a true superstar with the Dallas Mavericks but this has taken his status to a new level.
The Lakers star has now received a shout-out from rapper Kendrick Lamar in a new song that he did with Playboi Carti. Lamar, known for his lyrical genius, is from Southern California and wanted to show the newest Laker some love.
"The numbers is nothing, the money is nothing, I've really been him I promise, see Kenny been heavy out west and I carry the weight n**** I'm Luka Doncic"
