2025 Dynasty Rookie Rankings: Jaylin Noel

One of the biggest risers in 2025 dynasty rookie rankings has been Jaylin Noel. Despite playing next to another fantastic NFL draft prospect in, Jayden Higgins, Noel was able to stand out by posting well over 1,000 yards. The first stop on Noel’s pre-draft journey was the Senior Bowl, where I was able to watch him live.

Noel stood out at the event, which put him on the radar for those who weren’t familiar with his game. Things wouldn’t stop there as Noel put on a show at the NFL Combine. At the combine, Noel measured in at 5’ 10’’ and 194 lbs before proceeding to crush his testing.

Noel would receive an excellent 9.72 Relative Athletic Score after running a 4.39, 40-yard dash and measuring in the green for every single event. With that in mind, let’s dive into Noel’s rookie profile.

Jaylin Noel: Prospect Profile

At 5’ 10’’ and 194 lbs, Noel played a majority of his snaps out of the slot in college. In 2023, Noel played 73.7% of his snaps out of the slot, but in 2024, that number dropped slightly to 58.4. Expect Noel to be used primarily in the slot, but if he’s asked to play outside from time to time, you can still expect solid production.

Noel wins as a route runner as he’s able to throttle down on his breaks so well. The 4.39 speed Noel showed at the combine translates to the football field, as he’s such a fluid mover. While Noel does struggle a bit more against contact, he’s not going to be put in that situation very often in the NFL.

Projected NFL Draft Capital

Before the combine, Noel was seen as a late-round sleeper, but right now, I’m expecting him to go in the late second round. NFL Mock Draft Database has his consensus overall rank at 69th overall (third round), so it seems like the community has caught onto the hype.

As long as Noel goes on day two of the NFL Draft, that will be great for his dynasty stock. Slot receivers are typically better for fantasy than an NFL team, so Noel will likely slide a little bit. Being drafted on day two means that said team clearly values Noel and will have a plan for him from day one.

Steve Bradshaw’s Rookie Rankings

Prior to the NFL Draft, Noel is the WR7 in my 2025 dynasty rookie rankings. Noel is currently my 21st overall prospect in superflex leagues and that bumps up to 19th overall in a 1QB format. Getting Noel in the late second round is a fantastic value for your dynasty team.
