Free agency may not be kind to the Philadelphia Eagles, but at least their former players aren't taking the time to squabble with those still on the roster.
That dubious distinction rests solely on the shoulders of the Eagles' top rival - the Dallas Cowboys.

Dallas has made several free agent moves this offseason in an attempt to return to the playoffs after a disappointing season below .500. They also had to say goodbye to one of their long-time stars, DeMarcus Lawrence.
Lawrence signed a three-year, $32 million deal with the Seattle Seahawks after an 11-year run with the Cowboys. On the way out, he made sure to explain exactly why he didn't want to return to Dallas.
"Change of scenery is always good, but Dallas is my home,"Lawrence said. "I made my home there. My family lives there. I'm forever gonna be there. But, you know, I know for sure I'm not gonna win a Super Bowl there, so ... yeah."
Cowboys All-Pro Micah Parsons wasn't too pleased with that comment.
"This what rejection and envy look like!" Parsons said on Twitter. "This some clown (expletive)!"
Not to be outdone, Lawrence made it clear that he made the right choice in the end for his response.
"Calling me a clown won't change the fact that I told the truth," Lawrence said. "Maybe if you spent less time tweeting and more time winning, I wouldn't have left."
Philadelphia had a similar situation a couple of weeks ago when Darius Slay and Chauncey Gardner-Johnson went back and forth on the future of the organization's leadership.
And when we compare? Some leadership truths are being revealed by this locker-room fight.
The difference is the organization is coming off a Super Bowl win AND both Slay and Gardner-Johnson are no longer on the team. Dallas' postseason struggles have as much to do with Parsons as everyone else.
And that's what makes his feud with Lawrence so comical for the Eagles.
