Arsenal joined by German giants in race for Arteta’s favourite

According to Christian Falk, Bayen Munich are interested in Nico Williams. The German giants are set to part ways with many of their current players. As of now, all Leroy Sane, Kingsley Coman and Serge Gnabry are linked with exit.

Williams has a €58 million release clause in his current contract. Athletic Club are likely to demand all of that to be paid fully in summer. Bayern can easily afford that and hence them joining the race will he a major blow for Arsenal.

Gunners will not give-up without a fight as they are keen to land Williams. They also have interest in Leroy Sane whereas Matheus Cunha is also linked with the club. The transfer activity from North London is likely to speed-up after the appointment of new sporting director.
