This is perhaps the slowest moving free agency period the NFL has ever experienced. Not just for the Cleveland Browns, but the league as a whole. There weren't as many premium free agents available, so there was less of a scramble, but both players and teams have been taking their time. Still, even though it feels like this has been going on forever, free agency has only just started.
Meanwhile, ESPN's Adam Schefter is pretty sure Cam Ward is going to be the first pick of the draft. He's also narrowed it down to three teams that might select him, one of which is the Browns.
