Spain and FC Barcelona forward Lamine Yamal had front row view to WWE SmackDown at the Olimpic Arena in Barcelona as the wrestling promotion kicked off their European tour with a stopover at the Spanish city on Friday (March 14).
Two nights after playing a role in Barcelona's Champions League quarter-final qualification, Yamal, who announced his arrival last year during Spain's triumphant Euro campaign, attended WWE SmackDown with his friends.

The 17-year-old Barca forward, who opened the scoring for the Catalan club on Tuesday (March 11) against Benfica in the UEFA Champions League, was given the opportunity to head backstage to meet some big names of the WWE.
As mentioned earlier, WWE kicked off their series of visits to venues across the European continent with a special episode of SmackDown which aired from the city of Barcelona. The promotion usually has celebrity guests from the city attending the event.
And on Friday (March 14), in attendance at the special edition of the Friday Night show was none other than the hero of Barcelona, in the form of teenage sensation Lamine Yamal, who was seen holding the WWE title at ringside.
The Spanish winger Lamine was joined by his Barca teammate Hector Fort and a group of friends. He was later granted backstage access to the event, in turn handed the chance to meet some of the WWE's biggest stars.
The youngster shared a picture of himself with the WWE Chief Content Officer Paul Levesque aka Triple H and also got to meet the reigning Universal Champion, Cody Rhodes, who even passed his championship belt over to the Spanish international to pose for a photo. Here is a glimpse of Yamal in WWE:
The 17-year-old football's rising stars also shared frames with Randy Orton and Drew McIntyre among others as SmackDown delivered a thrilling episode in Barcelona, where new Tag Team champions were crowned to conclude the show.
WWE continues it's European excursion with special live events in Germany this weekend before they head to Brussels, Belgium for next Monday Night's Raw followed by a stopover in Bologna, Italy for SmackDown.
Lamine Yamal, on the other hand, will next be seen in a top of the table clash against La Liga rivals Atletico Madrid on Sunday (March 16) night at the Metropolitano Stadium in Madrid.
Barca currently lead the points table having played one game lesser than their close competitors, but Atletico and their city rivals Real Madrid are breathing down their necks in the close La Liga battle.
