Stephen Curry’s Wife Ayesha Curry Reacts To Historic NBA News

Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry made history on Thursday night, becoming the first NBA player ever to make 4,000 career 3-pointers in the regular season. Sure enough, his wife Ayesha Curry, was among the first people to react to the historic moment.

Stephen Curry reached the milestone mark in the third quarter of their game against the Sacramento Kings. After receiving the pass from Moses Moody, the Warriors sharpshooter did a pump fake and side-step to evade his defender before launching from 27 feet away.

The four-time NBA champion needed just two triples to reach 4,000 makes, and that's exactly what he got. His record-breaking 3-pointer was his last for the game, as he went 2-of-6 from 3-point land.

As the NBA and the Warriors congratulated Stephen Curry for his incredible accomplishment, his wife Ayesha Curry also celebrated with a wordless post on Instagram.

The mother-of-four shared a post from the Warriors showing the exact moment Stephen Curry made his triple. Ayesha Curry didn't write anything, but her support was clear.

As Ayesha Curry, the Warriors and fans celebrated the achievement, Stephen Curry's peers in the NBA also made sure to acknowledge him.

Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James sent a message for Stephen Curry following his huge milestone, writing on social media, "4K from Trey is CRAZY!!!!! Congrats my brother!! That's [fire]."

Stephen Curry definitely deserves the recognition he's getting. He further cemented his status as the greatest shooter in NBA history, and he has made it nearly impossible for anyone else to surpass him.
