SAINTS will be without Jan Bednarek, James Bree and Will Smallbone at St Mary's for this afternoon's relegation clash with Wolves.
While they are expected to be back after the international break, the trio have been ruled out of facing the 17th-place opponents through injury.
Manager Ivan Juric deployed a four-at-the-back formation for the first time at Saints, when they took on Liverpool at Anfield last weekend.
An extremely encouraging first half will have given him food for thought despite an eventual 3-1 defeat to the Premier League champions elect.

**Goalkeeper**
**Aaron Ramsdale** probably has 10 games left to play for Saints until his sentence his served and Juric should have no intention of under-utilising him.
**Defenders**
**Kyle Walker-Peters** and **Ryan Manning**, who was particularly impressive against Liverpool, should keep their places as traditional full-backs.
Meanwhile, Jan Bednarek has been ruled out so **Armel Bella-Kotchap** is likely to pair **Taylor Harwood-Bellis** to complete the defence.

**Midfielders**
**Lesley Ugochukwu** will retain his starting spot but Will Smallbone's absence should open the door for **Joe Aribo** to deservingly return the first XI.
**Albert Gronbaek** started only a second Premier League fixture at Anfield but his energy and effort likely won favour from manager Juric.
**Attackers**
**Tyler Dibling** had a very difficult afternoon at Liverpool but has the quality to make a difference in a game like this and should start again.
**Kamaldeen Sulemana** on the left was more positive last week, and **Mateus Fernandes** will rotate with Gronbaek to complete the forward line.
