After the draw in the capital last weekend, Iraola said his team must get better at maximising their points when playing well.
And with the visit of Brentford, this will be particularly important.
Last time out against the Bees at the Gtech Community Stadium in November, the Cherries twice led – but were eventually beaten 3-2 by the hosts.
The second equaliser for Thomas Frank’s side came within a minute of Bournemouth’s second goal – with Brentford having a habit of scoring quick goals from kick offs.

“We can talk about game management, small things, but sometimes you need to have the experience and to make mistakes and to lose points for the next time.
“The ideal situation is you learn without making the mistakes, without having the consequences. But normally it doesn't happen.
“Sometimes you have to be there, so the next time you are there you are better.
“We are fighting against teams that they've been there; they normally are there every season, even in higher spots. So, it's difficult for us.”

“One of them, they've tied us in the 90, almost last kick of the game. Also they won in the 96th minute or something, when we played here at home at the end of the season, we were winning second half.
“And when they are ahead, they manage the game very well. They stop the game when it needs to be stopped.
“They are very good at doing these things. So especially this week I think it's going to be important.”
(Image: John Walton/PA Wire) Reflecting on conceding so soon after scoring earlier this season and what his side will need to do to ensure that does not happen again, Iraola said: “They've scored not only against us, I think they've scored four goals from kick offs, that is quite strange.
“And it's not like they do things that the other teams don't do, but they are very good at smelling the second balls, creating pressure after set plays, maintaining the pressure.
“You have to be very ready because it's a matter sometimes about mentality, about focus, about reading where the danger is about. And especially against Brentford, I think it's very important.”
