Steve Cuss’s Cherries will visit the John Jenkins Stadium aiming to progress to the final to defend their title won last season.
This Sunday’s game is a repeat of last season’s semifinal, which saw the Cherries progress on penalties after a 0-0 draw.
They went on to defeat Southampton FC U21s to win the cup, and there could potentially be a repeat of the same final, should the Cherries win and Southampton beat Sholing this weekend.
Moneyfields and the Cherries have met twice already this season, with Moneys beating the Dorset side in the determining round of the National League Cup, before the Cherries enacted revenge in a 2-1 league win three days later.
The two sides are placed first and second in the league, with the Cherries having won each of their 16 games this season, putting them four points clear at the summit, with two games in hand over the Portsmouth outfit.
The pair meet in the league next week, too, after their game at the Ringwood Community Hub on March 5 was postponed due to heavy fog.
_(Image: Bournemouth Sports FC)_ Bournemouth Sports, meanwhile, host Southampton Women in the only National League Division One South West fixture this weekend.
Sports sit one place above the relegation zone, level on points with Portishead Town but ahead on goal difference, with two games in hand.
Southampton are rooted to the bottom of the league, having won just once all season, with the draw between the two sides in October the only other time Southampton have avoided defeat this season.
Should Sports beat their visitors, they can open up a buffer to Portishead heading into the closing stages of the season.
Both games kick off at 2pm on Sunday, March 16.
