Sunderland could demand in excess of £20million for Chelsea and Tottenham target Jobe Bellingham this summer, sources have told Football Insider.
Football Insider revealed on Tuesday (11 March) that Sunderland will field offers for Bellingham, 19, if they are not promoted this season.
Chelsea and Borussia Dortmund are believed to be the front-runners for his signature, while Tottenham and Crystal Palace scouts have also been keeping tabs on the England Under-21 international.
Bellingham is yet to make a decision on quitting the Stadium of Light in the summer window and will consider each project carefully before making a move.
Sunderland value Bellingham at over £20m
It is believed Sunderland will consider big-money offers if they don’t achieve promotion to the Premier League – with Regis Le Bris’ side currently occupying a play-off place.
Bellingham has made 32 league appearances this term, notching four goals and three assists.

His contract with Sunderland is set to run until June 2028 after he joined the club from Birmingham in 2023.
The midfielder has already racked up more than 100 senior appearances for the Blues and Black Cats and has made two appearances for England’s Under-21 side.

Finance expert Stefan Borson has exclusively told Football Insider (11 March) that Chelsea will need to make some “very big” sales again to pass the Profit and Sustainability Rules (PSR) test for this season.
Chelsea have a £50million hole in their accounts this season after failing to land a front-of-shirt sponsorship deal.
The Blues are chasing Champions League qualification this term under manager Enzo Maresca.
