The Friedkin Group have shown a number of owners across the Premier League how to run a football club since they were handed the keys.
Everton are on their best unbeaten run in the top flight for around seven years, with David Moyes transforming the Toffees.
Exciting times are ahead for the Blues as The Friedkin Group look to secure the acquisition of Nelson Dock, to further develop their new stadium footprint.
An interesting summer awaits the new owners, with money now there to be spent by Everton in the transfer window.
This may provide the first real marker for the Friedkins to be judged by the fans as they are able to put their stamp on the side for the first time.
However, Sir Jim Ratcliffe has already warned the Friedkins of making a major mistake at Everton.
And he has now taken a swipe at Moyes despite the stunning start he has made on Merseyside since January.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe issues bizarre dig to Everton’s David Moyes
Ratcliffe has also compared Manchester United to Everton in their annual salary outgoings, although United spend £99m more each year.

For a club which is sitting just one point ahead of the Blues, Ratcliffe is doing a lot of talking whilst his side is massively underwhelming.
Speaking to The Times, Ratcliffe has said the Glazers made a huge mistake in replacing Sir Alex Ferguson with Moyes.
“Look, I like David Moyes, and I think he’s a really good manager, but to go from Sir Alex Ferguson to Moyes is not where I would have gone,” said Ratcliffe.
“Moyes stepped into the shoes of Ferguson, who’s won the Premier League 13 times, who won the Champions League twice and then you’re handing over to a guy that has never managed big players and had never won anything. He’s not necessarily got the personality to stand in front of them all.”
Ironically, these comments come just hours after Moyes was named Manager of the Month for February in the Premier League.
At a time when Manchester United are struggling in the way which they are, it would probably be a wise decision for Ratcliffe not to throw any criticism out towards managers of other clubs.
David Moyes has massively outperformed Ruben Amorim
Ratcliffe has admitted he would not have hired Moyes to replace Ferguson back in the day, but perhaps he should have considered him in November.
Moyes has only secured one less Premier League win since January than Ruben Amorim, who joined the league last year and has eight more games under his belt.

Ahead of the game this weekend, Moyes is now looking to prove West Ham wrong after they moved on from the 61-year-old last year.
The Scot may not be overly fussed by the criticism he’s received, but it does feel like Ratcliffe has shown a lot of disrespect towards a manager doing a much better job than his own.
