Enzo Maresca may have already confirmed that Robert Sánchez will be starting in goal against Arsenal tomorrow, but this isn’t about who Maresca’s picking, or who we think Maresca will be picking. It’s about what you, dear reader, would do. So, what about Bob? And what about the rest of the starting eleven?
We do have a few more options than of late for said starting eleven, with Wesley Fofana and Roméo Lavia both returning to training recently and now available for selection — though in Lavia’s case, it would be his first action in three months so probably should take it easy. Fofana filled in a right back last weekend after Reece James was struck down by illness and Malo Gusto was dealing with a knock. Gusto appears to be still out unfortunately, but James was back midweek and should be good to go.
Nicolas Jackson, Noni Madueke, and Marc Guiu remain out as well, but all should be back after the international break.
Chelsea would close the gap to Arsenal in second to just three points with a win here.
Choose wisely.
