New Buffalo Bills receiver Joshua Palmer is ready to get to work for his new team as the next chapter of his NFL life begins.
Having spent his first four NFL years with the Los Angeles Chargers, Palmer was a productive member of the offense, and in the last three seasons, had over 500 receiving yards in each, so the Bills are hoping that production follows him to the AFC East.
Palmer signed a three-year, $36 million deal to come to Buffalo, and speaking to reporters, he made it clear that since he's been in town, the messages he has been getting from the organization have made the move rather seamless.
"It's awesome, I'm a lot closer to home I feel like everything just coming full circle and since I've been here it's been very reassuring," said Palmer, a native of Canada. "I just been getting the same message since I've been here from top to bottom from the weight room staff to the player development staff, from my receiver coach, OC coach [Joe] Brady, it's reassuring."
It already feels like Palmer is settling in well in Buffalo. The family element is a big factor in the Bills' locker room, and it was a big reason why the franchise was so successful last season. Now, Joshua gets to experience that as well.
Part of an offense that is led by Josh Allen, Palmer will no doubt get his opportunities and with Khalil Shakir, Keon Coleman, Dawson Knox, Dalton Kincaid, and Curtis Samuel, Palmer joins an offense that has some threat anywhere on the field.

But Josh brings a speed element to the Bills offense, and with him able to stretch the field and go for home runs, he will bring a different element to Buffalo's offense which was one of the best in football last season.
Palmer is happy to be a Bill, and the Bills are happy to have another offensive weapon.
