Everton will be able to plan ahead for their summer following another positive result against West Ham on Saturday.
It was not the performance which David Moyes would have dreamed of last night, but the Toffees did enough to secure a point.
Everton are now nine games unbeaten in the Premier League, but they are struggling of late to turn draws into three points.
Mike Dean slammed Everton’s penalty award, which was quickly overturned after a brief trip to the monitor by the referee.
The Toffees are making a habit of finding a late equaliser in games of late, but anything to keep the impressive run going.
However, there was one Moyes signing in Tomas Soucek who the 61-year-old Everton boss felt stole the show at Goodison.

David Moyes praises player Everton want to sign in the summer
After the game, Moyes applauded both Everton and West Ham fans in a real show of class from the 61-year-old.
He was also spotted speaking to some of his former players after the game, with some jokes seemingly being shared.
MORE EVERTON STORIES
Speaking after the game to BBC Sport, Moyes praised the West Ham midfielder Soucek after he opened the scoring at Goodison.
“Tomas Soucek is a really good goalscorer,” Moyes said.
“We signed him as a goalscoring midfielder. He’s great in both boxes. He’s a top lad as well. I’m pleased for him but not for us.
Soucek has been linked with Everton interest already ahead of the summer transfer window.
And it is apparent just how big of a fan Moyes is of the 30-year-old midfielder as he doubled down on that after the game.
Tomas Soucek praised Everton fans again after West Ham draw
Earlier in the week, Soucek praised Everton fans for the atmosphere they generate at Goodison Park.
The Czech international extended his fine run of goalscoring form this season by netting his seventh in the Premier League alone.
And after the game, the midfielder also continued to speak highly of the fans on Merseyside.
“It’s always very difficult for the team and fans when we’re winning and concede in stoppage time,” Soucek told BBC Sport.
“We have to be disappointed.
“They didn’t lose for nine games so it’s tough to play here. They have great fans and it’s their last few games in the stadium.
For any Everton fans hoping to see Soucek signed this summer, it certainly seems he would enjoy playing in front of this fanbase.
