The Boston Celtics pushed past the Miami Heat on Friday, earning another victory and, more importantly, a place in the postseason.
As noted by SportsCenter on X, their win on Friday clinched a spot for Boston in the playoffs.
This is the 11th season in a row that the Celtics will be battling in the postseason and they hope to become champions again.

Online, there are many faithful Boston fans who think back-to-back championships are on the horizon.
They feel the Celtics have what it takes to storm past the rest of the Eastern Conference teams and defeat whoever is waiting for them in the Finals.
That may be true, but it won’t be easy.
This season isn’t like the last and competition will be tougher than it was in 2023-24.

However, if the Celtics do indeed repeat, is it time to call them a dynasty?
Some fans are ready to give them that title, especially if they collect another championship ring in a few months.

Many people are thinking ahead and envisioning an Eastern Conference Finals showdown between the Celtics and Cleveland Cavaliers.
The Cavs are still the first seed, ahead of the Celtics by a comfortable 8.5 games.
They have met four times this season and each team has scored two wins.
That means if they go face-to-face in the playoffs, either team could come out on top.

The Cavaliers have a lot of true believers too, especially because of the season they have been enjoying.
Due to their record and current 16-game winning streak, some people feel the Celtics wouldn’t be able to slow them down in the Eastern Conference Finals.
Just to lose to the Cavs in the ECF 😹

The Celtics have made their singular goal clear all season long: they want to be named champions again.
That won’t be simple or easy this year but the Celtics are definitely one of the most feared and competitive teams in the entire NBA and could pull it off.
