Tottenham Hotspur and Fulham are separated by eight points this season

Tottenham Hotspur's uptick in form will be put to the test when they travel to Craven Cottage to take on Fulham.

The north London side have lost just one of their last five league games after welcoming the likes of Dominic Solanke, Cristian Romero, Micky van de Ven, Guglielmo Vicario, Destiny Udogie, and Wilson Odobert back from injury.

Three straight victories against Brentford, Manchester United, and Ipswich Town haven't been enough to considerably improve their league position, which has seen them remain in the bottom half of the table. But much-needed confidence has been injected into Ange Postecoglou's side in the past month.

However, they are winless in their last two, even though did fight back from 2-0 down to claw back a 2-2 draw against Bournemouth on Sunday. The tough fixtures never let up in the Premier League, and Tottenham face the Cottagers next with Marco Silva's side having enjoyed an impressive season this far.

The west London outfit are ensconced firmly in mid-table, eight points ahead of Spurs but with European qualification firmly in their sights. They suffered a heartbreaking loss to Brighton on Sunday after a 98th minute penalty from Joao Pedro secured the Seagulls a narrow 2-1 victory.
