Everton are preparing for an exciting new era for which anticipation has risen following what has happened in recent months.
As the Toffees get ready to swap Goodison Park for Bramley-Moore Dock, the new operation under The Friedkin Group has seen returning manager David Moyes embark on an unbeaten run while several appointments are soon to be made.
The Friedkins are reshuffling their pack and wasting no time in doing so, which will inevitably also mean squad reinforcements for Moyes and his team.

Everton step up Tom Fellows pursuit as Moyes takes action
Everton had a quiet January transfer window, bringing in only Carlos Alcaraz – who has had a key impact on the team since arriving on loan from Flamengo.
However, the summer is set to be a lot busier and having missed out on leading target Tom Fellows in the winter market, Moyes is ready to go back in again for the West Bromwich Albion winger at the end of the season.
MORE TOFFEES STORIES
According to Alan Nixon via his personal Patreon page [16 March], Everton are “staying on top” of their interest in Fellows, demonstrated by Moyes intervening in proceedings by instructing chief scouts Alan Irvine and Charlie Adam to “keep tabs” on the England youth international.
Nixon had reported that Fellows, 21, was the subject of a late-window £10million bid from Everton which was rejected by West Brom, whose academy he progressed through to become an integral member of Tony Mowbray’s first-team squad.
The Baggies academy product is extremely highly rated among his peers, including teammate Karlan Grant, who earlier this season described Fellows as “unbelievable” (BBC Sport, 28 August) as he has gone on to rack up 11 assists and two goals this season.

West Brom fate could decide Fellows summer move
Fellows has reportedly been keen on a switch to Everton, but West Brom understandably held back in the mid-season window with little time to find a replacement.
Albion themselves are looking to return to the Premier League, in which they last competed in 2021, and currently sit inside the Championship top six having been beaten by Southampton in last season’s play-off semi-finals.
Should Mowbray’s side find a way to bring top-flight football back to The Hawthorns in time for next season, the transfer could become more complicated.

Everton will however believe that with their new ownership, new stadium and Moyes at the helm, they can provide a more appealing next chapter for Fellows than to carve out further memories with his boyhood club.
The homegrown West Brom star would raise pure profit for the Baggies in terms of PSR and would allow funds towards an overall team upgrade, but it would take a considerable offer from the Toffees to prise him away from the club with whom he is under contract until 2027.
