Pathetic Potter makes it clear £40m man won't be a Hammer next term after Everton decision -…

Graham Potter made some bizarre calls during West Ham United’s draw with Everton on Saturday.

Three Premier League points would have been beautiful for West Ham against Everton.

It wasn’t to be for Graham Potter and his players in the end though, and I must say, he’s far to passive in his touchline decision making if you ask me.

The Hammers head coach needs to be way more proactive with his substitutions, rather than reactive.

There were plenty of solid performers for the Hammers against Everton.

However, there were some shockers as well, with the likes of Lucas Paqueta in disappointing form for West Ham.

Potter underperformed as well in my opinion, and made one truly bizarre decision.

Graham Potter proves Evan Ferguson won’t be at West Ham next season

Evan Ferguson is quite clearly set to return to Brighton at the end of the season.

MORE WEST HAM STORIES

Brighton want around £40 million for Ferguson in the summer (Jacob Steinberg).

But it looks like the Hammers won’t be signing him on a permanent deal.

It has already been claimed that West Ham are highly unlikely to make the Evan Ferguson deal permanent in the summer.

And after Saturday’s 1-1 draw with Everton, it looks like the Irishman has no future at the London Stadium.

Potter brought the 20-year-old striker on deep into stoppage time. One thing’s for sure, he won’t be improving upon his match fitness with garbage minutes like that.

West Ham were crying out for a focal point through the middle, and have been for some time now.

Seriously, what was the point in Potter bringing him to the London Stadium in the first place?

Evan Ferguson must be lost for words right now

What a terrible waste of a domestic loan deal for the Hammers, and a serious waste of a move for the striker as well.

Ferguson must be wondering why on earth he joined West Ham in the first place.

The Hammers have just nine Premier League games left now, and there is absolutely no way that he has enough time to prove himself.

Why didn’t Graham Potter throw Evan Ferguson into the West Ham lineup straight away after signing him?

He had nothing to lose.

The Hammers were never going to get relegated, nor did we have any chance of qualifying for Europe.

Potter’s handling of Evan Ferguson has been terrible, and he definitely won’t be at West Ham next season, in my opinion at least.
