Nottingham Forest defeated Ipswich Town 4-2 in the Premier League to go seven points clear of the team in sixth place.
Anthony Elanga bagged two goals at Portman Road with Nikola Milenkovic and Jota Silva also getting among the goals.
Forest are closing in on Champions League football next season and things are now starting to get very interesting at the City Ground.
It’s been a tough week for the Forest players who are eligible to play for England with Morgan Gibbs-White, Elliot Anderson and Callum Hudson-Odoi all overlooked by Thomas Tuchel.
However, the trio remained professional against Ipswich and managed to return to Nottingham with a huge three points.

Danny Murphy raves about Forest star Morgan Gibbs-White
Gibbs-White is the real surprise as far as the England squad is concerned but he doesn’t feel fazed by it.
The Reds need to make sure they maintain their strong form in order to reach the Champions League and Gibbs-White is integral.
Whilst some players will now head off to play for their country, Gibbs-White can get his feet up and rest ahead of the FA Cup fixtures when domestic football resumes.
MORE FOREST STORIES
Murphy watched on yesterday as Forest destroyed Ipswich in the first half and he admitted he’s a huge fan of the Reds performer on Match of the Day.
He said: “Gibbs-White in the deeper role. I love him there. He’s more than disciplined enough to play there, he’s been left out of the England squad and there’s been a lot of talk about that but he won’t care, he’s got to just keep doing what he’s doing.”
