Arsenal have finally made contact with representatives of their top winger target. The player is young but is very highly rated and already has 16 goal contributions this season.

Barcelona have opted against signing Williams this summer. But, Gunners are now joined by German giants Bayern Munich. It will then come down to the player itself who will make final decision after hearing to club’s plans for him.
At Arsenal, Williams is expected to directly get into the starting lineup. He will replace Gabriel Martinelli who has not been at his best since last season. Gunners will have to pay €58 million which is the release clause of Nico Williams.
As of now, it is very unlikely that Athletic Club will negotiate for lower fee. Williams is only 22 years old and is in high demand. In addition, he has been in good form and has scored 9 goals along with picking 7 assists this season.
