Report: David Moyes isn't letting go of £20m Everton target as he sends Charlie Adam on…

Everton are planning a major overhaul this summer transfer window.

The Friedkin Group are set to give David Moyes a substantial budget as the club’s PSR issues are finally set to clear.

Everton are already eyeing Hamza Igamane ahead of the window after his sensational season in Scotland with Rangers.

Igamane has netted 13 times whilst laying on four assists for the Gers and is being linked with a £25m move to Goodison Park.

Now, work is being done on a £20m target as David Moyes sends Charlie Adam on a scouting mission.

David Moyes sends Charlie Adam on scouting mission to watch Tom Fellows

According to Alan Nixon’s Patreon, Moyes isn’t giving up on his pursuit of West Bromwich Albion winger Tom Fellows.

The Everton boss sent coaches Alan Irvine and Charlie Adam to watch Fellows last week, however, he ended up missing the clash due to personal reasons.

Moyes is expected to have a major say in transfers this summer as Kevin Thelwell gears up to leave Goodison Park.

Everton tried to sign Fellows on deadline day and it was reported that a £15m deal was agreed upon, however, the deal collapsed.

Tom Fellows stats this season

Fellows, who is an England under-21 international, has enjoyed a productive season in the Championship this season.

The 21-year-old winger is the assist king in the second tier, laying on 11 goals for the promotion hopefuls, who currently reside in sixth place.

Fellows has only netted two league goals, though, so clearly that’s an area of his game which needs improvement.

It’s thought West Ham are also showing an interest in Fellows.
