As the Red Devils head coach Ruben Amorim revealed after the game, tests will be carried out on the 18-year-old this week, and it will be intriguing to see whether he would be available for action after the international break.
Man United are already without Lisandro Martinez, Harry Maguire and Leny Yoro, and losing Heaven is the last thing they want heading into the most important months of 2024-25.
The former Arsenal man has played just four games for the Old Trafford club since joining in January, but he is starting to look like the real deal.
